Policies and Disclosure

Reservations will be confirmed with receipt of a 50% deposit, which is due within 14 days of booking. Full payment is required 90 days in advance to insure room and boat reservations.

Cancellations Your deposit can be refunded for cancellations made in writing more than 90 days in advance of arrival date, less a $100 processing fee. A cancellation fee of 50% of your deposit will be incurred for written cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival date, unless Bay Anglers can fill your spot. Then you will only be charged a $100 processing fee.

Disclosure It is the responsibility of our clients to disclose any special dietary needs or medical conditions. All clients, both fishing and non-fishing guests, agree to release Bay Anglers, the resorts and their agents, from claims of negligence or liability. Bay Anglers is not responsible for loss of personal property, injuries, or trip cancellations that are due to inclement weather, Acts of God, or transportation. Bay Anglers reserves the right to cancel or delay trips for reasons of safety. We encourage our clients to have travel insurance.
